Well what’s on today we here you ask? It’s safe to say I have recovered from my first drive (it only took 17 years to get there, to me Rome was built quicker 🤣).
We went off to the Margaret River Farmers Market which technically could of been a Dog market because literally every man’s dog was there. Here’s some proof as Tan went around asking people if she could take photos of their dogs.

We had the best pork dumplings, washed down with a coffee and lemon sugar mini pancakes for breakfast-dessert. Tan was much better at taking photos today!

We bought some local produce for our trip, to cook up along the way – An avocado that will be ripe in about a week, some leek and fresh chorizo and pork fillet – YUM.

On the way out Tan made new friends, of the 4 legged variety. We continued back to Margaret river and brought some cheese and some cold meats and went back to our cabin.

The fire pit was lit and with a cold beer and a warm fire we sat and looked out and watched some kangaroos. Then it was time for our cheese platter and with full bellies was time for bed.

Soon it was Sunday morning and we went on a wildlife walk around the property. Then we relaxed most of the day until 5.00 where we went to surfers point and watched the sunset. The clouds made for pretty photos but a missed sunset unfortunately. There were also heaps of dogs here including a crazy greyhound burning tracks in the sand. He was going off like a frog in a sock!

We then had Baby Burger for dinner which is hilarious and delicuous because here is my burger

Tan had chicken and I got one with everything plus extra beef and the best ginger beer I’ve ever had. The waiter and chef both said “that was a huge burger mate!”, as if to say we can’t believe you are going to eat that. Just to clarify it was on the menu and I was hungry. Tan was a great help wiping my face every couple of seconds🤣.
So after that, Tan rolled me to the car and we had an early night. Safe to say Margaret River was great. Coffee, food, even the dogs cheered us up.
